UK Delivery Time 

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of being received and will arrive with you within 2-3 working days.

UK Delivery Charges 

FREE UK delivery on all orders.

Overseas Delivery Charges (Including Channel Islands) 

All overseas orders are charged at £12.95 to overseas destinations. 

Overseas Delivery Time (Including Channel Islands) 

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of being received and will arrive with you within 5-10 working days within Europe. Rest of the world may take up to six weeks.

Returns for exchange or refund
We offer a 7 day money back guarantee if the product has not been opened nor used. Our policy only lasts 7 days.

With our Drobes, we cannot accept returns nor offer refunds if the item has been used due to hygiene regulation. 

To return a product for exchange or refund, please email theyorkshirebeachclub@gmail.com with your original order ID number and tell us what you would like to do, either return or exchange. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange and issue you with a store credit to re-order the correct item from our store. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email: theyorkshirebeachclub@gmail.com 

Return postage 

Please return all items to:

We do not pay for return postage. 

Please do make sure you keep a copy of proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damaged items in the post. Returns are sent at the own risk of customers.

Warranty 
Any item that is defective within the first three months of purchase will be replaced on a like for like basis (if still stocked, if not, we can offer a partial refund of up to 40% with the original product retuned to us). If you have a warranty product please email theyorkshirebeachclub@gmail.com and we will advise you on the next steps to take.
